Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• The exam voucher must not have been used or activated
• Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for refund:

• Exam vouchers already used or activated with EC-Council
• Products purchased on promotion marked as "non-refundable"
• Services already consumed (lab access used, training completed)

Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

2. Verification: Our team will verify your request and eligibility for a refund.
3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 48-72 hours.
4. Refund: The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card via Stripe, the refund will be credited to the same card. No cash refunds or other payment methods will be provided.
